Hurricane Flossie came and went and we didn't even get a drop of water. South point and Hilo got all the rain and surf, but not much happened here in Kona. I have to say I was a little disappointed that nothing happened. I wanted a little bit of rain and wind. Nothing to bad, but at least a little something. On Monday I went to Costco to get some water, gas and some canned goods. Yes, I was there with the rest of Kona, it was a zoo. I talked with the cashier and she said it was like that all day. You can never be too prepared for a hurricane. After the earthquake last year, Byron and I did some food storage and emergency camping gear. We also have a gas stove now, so even if the power went out, we could still cook. I'm grateful that we don't live in a cold weather climate or it would really suck if we lost power. We don't have to worry about keeping warm.

Okay, so little girl is completely walking now. It is so cute, so looks like a little monkey trying to walk upright. She is doing great though. Well, except for when Olsen pushes her down. It is funny how he doesn't really liking her walking. He is getting better now after being sent to his room a million times.

Lets see, what else, the house still looks like a bomb went off in it, but it is slowly getting better. It just trying to figure out where everything should go. Going from a big house to a smaller house is hard. But so worth it!!

Oh, my sister had her twin boys last month and we are going over to visit her in CA. It actually works out great because Byron friend from college is getting married in two weeks so we are going to go to the wedding then go to my sister house. I can't wait to see all of them. She now hows 5 kids under 6. Yeah, she's a little busy.

Got to go
